Returned products are inspected by Harem Garden Warranty Department. If the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we will offer a replacement for the defective product. If the problem was not caused by a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, the original product will be returned to you. Harem Garden guarantees all of its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. We firmly stand behind everything we sell. This, however, is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear. Nor does it apply to a product that has been damaged by misuse, accident, modification or unauthorized repair.Please note: All products returned for warranty evaluation must be clean and dry.
Shopping with Harem Garden is hassle-free. If you receive anything you are unhappy with for any reason, we’ll help you with an exchange or refund if you’re within 30 days from purchase. Before you return your items, please make sure they are:
- In the same condition they were when you received them;
- Not worn, not washed or altered, have their original swing tags and are still in their original packaging
- The items are unworn and unwashed
- No damage to the item when opening the package
- You take good care to avoid the transfer of make-up

Please contact us by email: email@example.com provide us with your order number and request a refund or an exchange. We will then email you Return Ticket ID and shipping instructions.
Can I exchange or return a faulty item?
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible. If a fault appears in your product through normal wear, send your faulty items back following the above returns process. Once our warehouse receives the goods, our returns team will inspect the items. We aim to process the return within 48 business hours of receipt.

In some cases, the warranty is not provided?
There are some instances where you will not qualify for warranty, and it’s important you take note of these policies…
- Any damage is caused by yourself
- If there is natural deterioration over many years
- If you exceed your warranty period
- If you claim warranty too many times on one product
- If you do not obey our garment care instructions
- We do not offer any warranty sale items
How long do I have to return my item?
Harem Garden upholds the highest standard of quality for each of our products. We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed expectations. Every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange. All customized orders can be returned for full refund within 30 days of receipt.
- Kindly contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org provide us with your order number and request for a refund or an exchange. We will then email you Return Ticket ID and shipping instructions.
- All items sent back must be unused and in the same condition they were shipped out in, otherwise, a refusal of exchange may apply!
- A package returned without an authorization number and a package returned over 30 days of receipt will not be accepted for refund or an exchange.
- Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for the return or exchange cost on International orders.
How does your exchange and return process work?
As a small business, we try our best to keep up with the big companies so we have come up with the fairest way we can with our return and exchange process, and this is how the exchange and return process works at HOMECLASS6. The customer is responsible to send their item back to us and then we send the exchange back to the customer for free. Before sending your item, kindly fill out the return/exchange form attached to the email you receive from us and put that inside your package. We would also appreciate having the tracking number of your package so we can keep an eye on it, which will also help, speed up the process of your return or exchange!
Please Note: Here at HOMECLASS6 we are not liable for a return or an exchange from an International order. The customer will hold full responsibility for the return or exchange of their International order. We can not be liable for the return or the exchange as we already encounter International fees, such as custom fees and extra shipping charges for certain countries as in, Canada and South American.
